Key Pickup:

Check-in is 4:00pm.  If you need to make alternate plans, please contact Tim at 608-469-3594 or tmurph135@gmail.com.  You can pick up your keys from the resort front desk.

Occasionally, guests become locked out of the condo.  If this happens, please call the front desk at 608-339-2090

Check out:

Check out is 11:00 am.  See separate check out procedures listed in your welcome packet.

Billing:

One half of anticipated charges due in advance.  The remainder will be charged before check-in.   An inventory will be taken upon checkout and any missing items or damage will be billed to your account.  There is absolutely No Smoking allowed.  An $85.00 cleaning fee will be charged upfront (in the case of excessive dirtiness or smoking, additional cleaning fees will apply).

Cancellation Policy:

60 day notice:                        Return of Deposit
30 day notice:                        ½ of Deposit
Less than 30 days:                No deposit refund

Linens and Swim Towels:

Please note that there are beach towels at the clubhouse for your use.  Please do not remove any towels from the condo. Any missing towels or washcloths will be billed to your account.  Also, please do not take blankets or bedding outside.

Telephone and high speed internet:

The condo is equipped with a telephone and high speed internet.  We advise that you bring an Ethernet cable in case the one in our unit is missing.

Guests also agree to the following:

- Observe reasonable rules for the property and to respect the rights of others (noise complaints or other disorderly conduct are grounds for eviction)
- To hold harmless the owners of  Unit 3104 and/or Unit 2106 for any injury, accident, death, or damage to or theft of vehicles or other possessions while on the resort premises. Guests accept any and all risk and responsibility for their own safety, for the safety of their party, and for the safety of their possessions.
- To make no alterations to the property, including no modifications to the locks, or moving of furniture.  Excessive dirtiness or damage to any of the property will result in additional cleaning fees as applicable.
- Upon vacating the condo, leave the keys on the counter.
- NO SMOKING
- Notify owner immediately of any incurred damage to property
- Residents may not assign this lease agreement or sublet to anyone
- Only residents stated in this rental agreement are allowed to reside in this condo
- If any provision of this Agreement is held by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.
